Our department
The Data Center Department is an international Team within the Infrastructure Area which is responsible for all Data Center related hosting services, runs the virtualization platforms in our own Data Centers as well as in the Cloud. We face the growing amount projects where assistance of Architects or Solution Designers is required, so we are looking for


Infrastructure Architect (f/m/d)
We are looking for an ambitious person who:
• Is open minded, thinks out of the box and has fun in digging into new technologies
• Has experience in handling complex and abstractive cases, prefers a helicopter view rather than focusing on implementation details,
• Has fun in writing the Architecture documentation (HLD, LLD, drawings and presentations etc)
• Takes security regulations and limitation seriously
• Presents soft skills like open communication and self-organization
• Is open for changes and even doesn’t hesitate to propose them
• Is familiar with both Waterfall and Agile ways of Project Management


Main Responsibilities:
As an Infrastructure Architect you will
• Support VF projects with designing the solution which follows the agreed Infrastructure and security standards, and then take care on quality of implementation
• Test and develop new standards they follow market trends while stick to internal requirements
• Update documentation related to supported projects, defined standards
• Lead and communicate technical topics against different types of stakeholders (tech & business)
• Do the analysis related to new solutions from different perspectives (costs, operations, security)
• Collect and share information about new trends, propose new standards


Expected qualifications
We believe that you have:
• Experience on similar position as Infrastructure Architect, Solution Designer or at least high skilled Specialist, familiar with technologies used in our organization (OS, virtualization platforms, DC infrastructure, Cloud Services, SDDC)
• Background in automation of processes
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken. Swedish, German, Polish or Dutch are beneficial
• Basic experience in Project or Service Management
• Bachelor or University degree


Beneficial requirements
• Basic knowledge about organization of Data Center facility such as cooling, racks etc.
• Experience with working in large IT organizations with number of stakeholders
• Meritorious certificates: Microsoft, VMware or RedHat ITIL foundation, IPMA or PMA
