We´re now seeking for an Infrastructure Operations manager who is inspired by delivering first-class operational services world-wide. If you´re in for a challenge, this is an once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to lead a talented team of TechOps that run the infrastructure stack which hosts more than 100 applications. The position demands excellent technical skills and knowledge coupled with strong leadership, planning, and management capabilities. The ideal candidate has a true enthusiasm for delivering a secure, stable and scalable service on a global scale 24/7. Required is experience of deep hands-on involvement in technical operations to properly guide the teams to excellence.

Key Qualifications

5+ years experience of operating 24/7 datacenters on a global scale
5+ years of proven management experience developing and leading teams
Experience of recruiting team members, in order to build high performance teams
Knowledge and experience of ISO27001 requirements
Experience from fast moving companies where regulations have great impact on business
Fluent in both spoken and written English.

Description

Manage our world-wide day-to-day operational services and planning
Define scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in growth and future improvements
Build, motivate and develop team and team members to meet future demands
Translate complex functional and technical requirements into detailed project plans and schedules
In all, assure efficient execution of service delivery and strategy

Our main operations center is located in Växjö Sweden, but the team is spread geographically so remote management is a part of your workday. Regardless of where you will be based, the position will require travelling. You will report to our CEO.
