You will be based in Stockholm at our multinational and diverse HQ on Kungsholmen.
As Innovation & Commercial Marketing Manager you will be the key end-to-end link between the Taste product line and marketing ensuring branded innovation, consumer, and commercial success with the key objectives to build long-term top3 brand consideration and drive commercial results in the mid-term. You will own and lead the development of branded innovation and consumer experience propositions for key holistic European Taste ranges ensuring strong market success, holistic range launch campaign development and go-to-market activation through central European and local cluster marketing teams and drive the Taste business commercial marketing agenda implementation into central plans and local cluster marketing execution.
Responsibilities:
· Drive the key new range launches innovation by leading the branded CX experience definition across categories that guides category marketing managers, PL, R&D, design, and digital teams to secure strong CX pipeline and storytelling
· Own and lead the implementation and go-to-market planning for key new range launches incl campaign development, in close collaboration with consumer insights, agencies, brand team, key clusters and the consumer engagement teams.
· Drive cross-taste European kitchen commercial marketing objectives definition and facilitate implementation in collaboration with PL and category marketing managers with intent to focus, align and increase effectiveness of central (CMAP) and local cluster marketing tactics.
· Support branded master marketing planning (MMP) development by owning the experience area marketing and product line strategy inputs to support building of brand top3 consideration.
· Help to facilitate the CMAP development by giving key priorities for the taste business and provide guidance for PACS launches and commercial agenda for categories and clusters.
· Supports brand team’s key initiative development by guiding with relevant consumer insights, commercial objectives, and product focus to create impactful 360 campaign toolboxes.
· Drive Taste Cluster Marketing forum and agenda ensuring that local cluster marketing understands central Taste business focus creating alignment and plans for achieving commercial marketing objectives.
· Lead and support the cross-category development of human-centric and sustainable digital experiences (Smart Kitchen, TasteOS, Uis, Apps) and partnerships ensuring the branded attributes and target consumer needs are established in the final product or functionality
· Manage Innovation and Commercial specialist operationally
Qualifications:
· Relevant Bachelor or Master’s Degree
· 15+ years of experience in marketing and/or commercial areas and/or product development (ideally in more than one function)
· Fluent in English, any other language is a plus

· Great communicator, builds networks and can leverage resources from different areas to work together towards overall objectives through strong thought leadership
· Strong experience of marketing communications
· Self-starter, result-driven
· Ability to motivate others
· Strong business understanding and experience
· Project management skills, is able to plan and prioritize
· Ability to work effectively across large organizations in both product and marketing environments
· Team leadership and/or managerial experience
