Purchaser, General Motors Norden AB For General Motors in Stockholm, Adecco is searching for a Purchaser.As an Indirect Purchaser you will handle purchases of products and services that meet the Nordic sales and marketing organizations needs. As a purchaser you work in a team of three with responsibilities for spot purchases as well as planning and negotiating larger contracts with our key-suppliers.You are responsible for a specific country's purchases and must be ready to take the initiative to improve the company's expenses. The candidate we are looking for should have a university or college degree and a couple of years of experience in purchasing or equivalent.You should have good communication and negotiating skills and be used to planning ahead.You need to be fluent in English and have good PC knowledge with an emphasis on Excel, Word and Lotus Notes.Your personal skills will be carefully considered.The right candidate is a good team player, has a positive attitude, strong analytical skills and a strong results orientation.You need to be an initiator and have the ability to work in a multi-task environment.If you have knowledge or experience from the automotive industry it is considered to be an advantage.
