The company's Sourcing manages the strategic purchasing activities with focus on supplying globally to our manufacturing units, distribution centres or directly to our customers.

THE POSITION: The company is looking for a Sourcing Manager to be responsible for managing a portfolio of suppliers, optimising their performances and playing a key role in maintaining a world-class purchasing organisation.


The major objectives are:

- To develop the portfolio of suppliers and improve their performances in terms of quality, delivery, price and innovation
- To negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers
- To manage and reduce risks related to the supplier base
- To set up and implement strategies for the supplier base
- To manage internal as well as external stakeholders

Skills and Experience:

- A university degree in engineering, economics or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience within a strategic purchasing function
- A proven track record of delivering results against stretched targets
- Experience of driving change
- Experience of Low Cost Country Sourcing is a benefit
- Fluent English, spoken and written.Other languages are appreciated
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems (especially SAP)
- International experience and/or purchasing experience within the automotive industry is a benefit

- Business oriented and committed to the task
- Energetic, flexible and very result oriented
- Ability to prioritise

Since our operation covers a large geographical area, travelling abroad is required.Please note that head office is located in Stockholm.
