For our customer, we are looking for a person for the following company and position: Company We are a rapidly expanding Global software firm, focused on Storage Management, Disaster Recovery, Migration and virtualization solutions. We are currently expanding our business to Scandinavia to support our rapid growth in this region. Job description This position is specifically focused on calling and qualifying daily incoming leads from IT resellers and end-users, forwarding the leads to our channel partners (IT distributors and Resellers), and conducting regular follow-ups with partners to ensure the leads are addressed. The inside sales specialist will manage the relationship with various channel partners, qualify the sales opportunities to shorten sales cycles and, working with our pre-sales technical specialists, ensure that the necessary product support is provided to convert the leads into sales. Duties: *Contact by phone or email prospects who evaluated our software and request additional information. *Manage leads to managed channel partners and follow up on past leads to ensure each prospect/client is being contacted and opportunities are qualified and followed-up on *Provide quotes on specific opportunities and work with partners to complete the sales * Organize product demos with prospects and be the link with technical support for any issues occurring during clients' evaluation of software products. *Manage all aspects of daily relationships with resellers and distributors *Train and educate partners sales and licensing teams through presentations, meetings, and the Acronis partner certification programme *Coordinate marketing activities organized with partners to increase lead generation with the help of Scandinavian Sales Director and Marketing resources Profile *3 to 5 years of sales experience. *Experience at IT resellers/Distributors, or software vendors is ideal *Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing is critical *"Go getter" attitude *Able to communicate effectively on the phone is paramount *Target driven: this position is attached to individual and group sales targets *Mature and very independent worker focused on deliverables *Self-starting, self-motivating, self-learning work approach. *Aptitude for quick learning of technical and procedural topics. *Swedish speaker and fluid in English.
