About the role
Samsung is now looking for their new Specialist within Customer Satisfaction where your main tasks is to drive and coordinate service tracking development and stabilization. The role also includes tasks to coordinate CS related projects and analyze and report core KPI to management at SENA, ECSO and HQ. Key responsible includes control, analyze and coordinate service accountabilities. You will work with process improvements within CS with the purpose of service and cost saving optimization and efficiency.You will be working at the office in Kista and be part of a happy team.
In your role as Innovation Specialist your main tasks will include:
- Drive projects to implement new logics and improve KPI´s
- Manage Excel files to implement new logics and improve KPI´s
- Process improvements within CS
- Control, analyze and coordinate service accountabilities
The role as Innovation Specialist is a full-time consultant work with start in immediate effect and last for two years with many opportunities to grow and develop.
About you
We are looking for a candidate with high school background and with 1-2 years´ experience within a coordination role, earlier tasks with analyzing and advanced computer knowledge. We are looking for you with advanced skills in Excel and preferably SAP knowledge. We also looking for you who is fluent in English.
Furthermore, we see that you have great communication skills and a team player. We also see that you are self-driven, taking own initiatives and a seeker for develop and to learn. We see that you are analytical and enjoy working with different systems.
Important for the role:
- Graduated high school
- 1-2 work experience within similar position
- Advanced computer skills and in Excel
- Analytical, careful and flexible
- Fluent in English
