JOB DESCRIPTION:
. Interact with customers via inbound or outbound calls (or the internet) for either order taking (passive work) or selling products and services (active work).
. Processing customer's orders and sales providing and receiving various information up-selling client products.
. Handling various customer service and general information calls via phone or internet.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
. High school diploma (or equivalent)
. Good sales skills (ideally from a B2B telesales role)
. A drive to achieve
. Willing to work on rotating shift basis (to include weekends occasionally)
. Courteous with strong customer services orientation
. Attention to detail
. Good listening and responding skills
. Fluency in English and Swedish is essential (spoken and written)
. Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft packages

SALARY:
16.500 per year starting salary. 18.000 per year after successfully completing the 3 months probation
period + Bonus scheme (OTE 26.500 per year.)
START DATE:
A.S.A.P - training course for all new employees will start on 22nd November
