Primary Responsibilities
Perform activities that generate added value to our customers and contribute to business growth.
Managing own customer portfolio and support field seller.
Building strong relationships with existing and new customers in order to create sustainable business.
Administers and expedites all aspects of order processing with a high level of accuracy and in timely manner.
Take a targeted sales approach, generating and converting sales leads.
Be responsible for daily operational work with the customers; providing customers with specifications, quotations and product advises including basic technical knowledge.
Follow-up of commercial and administrative tasks incl. orders, forecasts and opportunities.
Ensure effective communication across the organization and to customers.
Maintain CRM with accurate profiles and opportunity information.



Your profile
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or equivalent by experience.
2-3 years of experience of similar role in B2B environment.
Excellent skills in Finnish, English (written and spoken).
Self-motivated, proactive, service minded and eager to identify business growth opportunities.
Possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working collaboratively with internal and external contacts.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and negotiating skills.
Proficiency in MS Office package.

Occasional travel may be required to visit customers in person as well as for internal meetings and trainings.
