Overview Inside Sales Agents are responsible for taking inbound calls and making outbound cold calls to Business prospects in an effort to maximize revenue potential.While selling is the No.1 priority of this position, this role demands a very high level of customer relationship management. Skills & Attributes: -------------------------------------- * Advanced problem solving and/or sophisticated sales techniques is a requirement for this position. * Ability to navigate computerised data entry system and/or other relevant applications. * Excellent communication skills and work ethic are essential competencies for this role * Ability to manage stress and thrive in a target driven environment * Excellent verbal & written skills, time management and organization abilities * Ability to manage stress * Swedish and English Experience & Education: ------------------------------------------------- . A proven track record in sales . Experience in a quota driven environment meeting daily, weekly, monthly revenue goals . Existing telesales and/or Account Management experience in a Contact Centre or similar telephone based environment is a distinct advantage, however, sales/Account management experience in a Business/Relationship sector will be considered.. 3rd Level qualification is an advantage, although relevant work experience may suffice
