For our client we are looking for an Inside Sales Agent.
Our client is looking for a truly passionate product and brand ambassador. You will act as the first point of contact for B2C retail and B2B business customers. By providing excellent customer service and communication based upon each customer’s unique needs, you will help inspire new customers to choose our clients product. In this role, you will report to the Head of Inside Sales Nordics.
What you’ll do
As an Inside Sales Agent, you will interact with customers to answer questions and queries regarding the subscription and upsell/cross-sell products by outlining benefits of premium grades, packages, and options. You need to enjoy building connections with and helping customers!
In this role, you will respond to all inquiries via telephone, email, chat, video with the aim of converting a prospect into a customer and build rapport with customers in a friendly and engaging manner. You process inquiries appropriately using our state-of-the-art Salesforce CRM system to enable future follow-up and convert leads to sales, while also acquiring new customers by following up leads generated from direct marketing campaigns by outbound calling.
You will also:
Support marketing initiatives through maximizing the conversion of inbound leads
Proactively contribute ideas and suggestions for improving our customer’s experience
Work collaboratively with neighboring departments to ensure all sales-related customer requests can be handled effectively
Who are you?
You are a first-class communicator and since most of your time is spent interacting with consumers, you need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and/or Norwegian and English, as well as being a great listener.
It may be that you are currently working at a car dealer but have been thinking about moving to a car manufacturer that is transforming the industry. You have excellent customer management skills, and are outgoing, friendly and professional, with a commitment to adhering to process and procedure.
Our client also believe that your background and skills include:
- Minimum 2 years sales experience, ideally at least 1 year of inside sales work. Bonus if you also have automotive knowledge.
- Experience working for a premium brand, within a sales or customer-facing role.
- Experience from Salesforce and/or other CRM systems
- Fluent in Swedish/Norwegian and English, verbal and written
