Vestas Northern Europe is a sales business unit covering the Nordic countries, UK, Ireland, Poland and the Baltics. We are responsible for the Sales function, Project, Installation and Service of wind farms throughout these regions. We strive to be the No. 1 performing business unit within Vestas, and we aim to make Vestas Northern Europe the best place to work.
The Service department is responsible for service and maintenance of the wind turbines within the Nordic countries. The department has an open and informal culture, where team work and good communication is the key to our success. Responsibilities and tasks
As Inside Sales in our Customer Care group you will report to Teamleader Customer Care and your primary responsibilities and tasks will be to:
Time and Material sales on existing customers.
Maintain good operational relations with all types of customers.
Receive incoming calls, take customer requests and ensure effective communication with our planning team. Forward all other requests to the relevant department and follow up on the progress.
Provide first level technical and operational support to customers as well as creating service orders and other instructions to the service organization.
Pro-actively seek opportunities to establish and expand our sales of spare parts and other after sales products and services.
Focus and contribute to the continuous improvement of both general work routines and formal procedures.
Handle multiple fixed, daily tasks concerning customer issues. Make sure that all customer communication is handled and registered in CRM.
Qualifications and work experience
We expect you to have an educational background of relevance to this work area. It could be as inside sales in a technical environment. Most important is that you possess relevant experience from a similar position combined with strong communication skills and a good business understanding.
On a professional level you are/have:
- Prior experience from similar position
- Good knowledge of business economics
- Good technical knowledge and understanding
- Good skills in office administration
- High-level skills in MS Office
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems
- Experience with SAP would be an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
- Skills in Danish is an advantage
