Ref.no.: ESF/AMS/Csales/Nordic Location : Ireland - Cork Salary: Salary: Mid 20s plus 15k ote - package of around 40kEuro/year + Relocation Package + Flight Ticket + Benefits Overview -------------------------- As an Inside Sales Executive for the Swedish Education market you are responsible for managing large framework agreements that Client has with Swedish universities.The job includes account management, proactive marketing and sales activities, taking inbound calls, handle RFP's and more.While closing deals is the first priority of this position, this role also demands a very high level of customer relationship management.The client is the market leader in the Education market in EMEA as well as in Sweden. Responsibilities: ------------------------------------------------- . To plan effective sales campaigns and target existing account base to proactively grow account and extend revenue . Managing pipeline and forecast accordingly . Taking full ownership and responsibility for all customers in account database always aiming to grow scope and value of account . Collecting customer information, providing product information and directly customers to other resources as required.. Dealing with inbound and outbound calls (and e-mail) from and to customers, communicating special offers and other promotions . Maintaining regular contact with key influencers and building and strengthening the customer relationship.. Plan and execute regular trips to Sweden in collaboration with Account Manager(s) and Education Manager in Sweden to meet with key customers (e.g procurement managers, IT managers) and to do focused demand generation activities. Skills and Attributes: ------------------------------------------------------ . Ability to manage stress and thrive in a target driven environment . Advanced problem solving and/or sophisticated sales techniques is a requirement for this position.. Excellent communication skills and work ethic are essential competencies for this role . Excellent verbal & written skills, time management and organization abilities . Ability to navigate computerized data entry system and/or other relevant applications.
