Inside Sales Manager, Nordic Region Berkshire, UK
Permanent Role
Base salary to 45,000
75,000 On Target Earnings (OTE)
My client is one of the worlds 5 largest software companies.
They have recently relocated their Nordic Inside Sales team to the UK and are now seeking a proven professional to build and lead the team.
The successful candidate will currently be either Managing or Team Leading an inside sales team in the Business to Business (IT)sector.
The Inside Sales Manager, Nordic Region will be required to recruit, train and manage the performance of the Inside Sales team dedicated to the Nordic Region. My client is looking for a motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed.
Main Responsibilities:
. Selecting, recruiting, training and developing the sales team to ensure effective sales skills, marketing, and business growth
. Coach & Mentor
. Forecasting quarterly revenue
. Sales Calls, Strategy Sessions, Deal Management
. Coordinate team activities and targeted campaigns
. Ensuring the use of CRM system, telephone reporting system
. Pipeline Management/Pipeline Analysis
. Performance Management
. Reward & Recognise
. Inspire & Motivate
. Driving consistent and predictable results
. Achievement of Sales Quotas
Qualifications:
. Proven track record of success as an Inside Sales leader
. Strong leadership skills
. Ambition and drive
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
. Degree Education or equivalent business experience is required.
. Fluent in English and one or more of the Nordic Region languages is essential for this position.
