We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to our HQ office in Solna.


In this role you will interact with many international clients and partners, primarily through e-mails and phone calls. You will prospect new and current clients from lead to an actual sale.
You will work in close cooperation with global sales team consisting of 8 people mainly based in Solna, but also abroad.
As we have comprehensive growth ambitions for the coming years, there could be good opportunities to develop and grow into larger roles within 2-3 years depending on your own ambition.

Responsibilities and tasks
• Monitoring, managing and distribution of leads and prospects.
• Make first contact by e-mail or phone, conduct basic need analysis, and propose appropriate configuration and offering to distributor or end client.
• Create, present and follow up on quotations with distributors or end clients.
• Continuously follow up on leads, new opportunities, and ongoing sales.
• Managing incoming tendering inquires, including supporting documents and quotations.
• Managing communication between departments involved in the business such as Applications Engineers team, Sales Support team, Sales team, Logistic and Procurement
• Work in close cooperation with and support Regional Sales Managers in daily business.
• The position reports to Global Sales Support Manager based in Solna.

Your profile
• Educational background in a commercial or technical field.
• Previous experience of B2B /International Sales.
• Create a quick understanding of new technical solutions.
• Strong ability to build relationships with clients.
• Comfortable in working with Microsoft Office package and CRM systems.
• Fluent in Swedish and English language, both oral and written. A third language is a merit.

Personal characteristics
To succeed in this role, you are proactive, result-focused and contribute strongly to teams' common goals. You are persistent in your sales and can handle long sales-cycles. You have a strong ability to build relationship with clients and take your own initiatives to contribute to lead generation. You will deal with many international customers primarily through e-mails and phone calls. You should be able to work independently as well as easily cooperate with other people.
