Inside Sales Representative -Major Accounts (Sw)

We are recruiting for a major IT player in Cork. As an EU citizen, you will not need a work permit in Ireland. Role:
The MA Inside Sales Representative is responsible for the relationship of a list of targeted customers and supports the Field Sales Account Executive (AE) in the follow up and development of their business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
Sell Hi-Tech products and solutions to business customers via telephone with a primary focus on revenue generation on named corporate & education accounts.
Manages, develops and cultivates mutually profitable customer relationships to achieve or exceed sales quotas.
Identifies and pursues sales opportunities; initiates outbound sales calls to generate and develop incremental business.
Identifies opportunities for field visits & coordinates same with the AE
Increases customer satisfaction and gives qualitative feedback to Account Executive
Works in partnership with the AE to coordinate and develop the overall territory strategy and sales plan
Manages the customer lifecycle (prospection, development, satisfaction, loyalty)
Manage outbound call campaign in line with sales programs and key initiatives
Identifies, qualifies, and pursues sales opportunities. Responsible for increasing and closing sales within assigned accounts
Utilizes the account management database to build customer profiles, manage revenue forecasts and provide reports on a weekly basis
Performs sales administration activities, i.e. generates quotations, order, finance etc.

Qualifications:
2+ years sales account management experience
Excellent customer relationship skills via telephone and email
Proven track record in sales closure & revenue attainment preferably in a B2B environment
Experience of working in a pressurized, target-driven environment
Team player with drive, conviction and positive energy
Strong organizational & administration skills
Time management skills
Be a self-starter who is motivated and innovative
Possess complex problem solving capability
Native Swedish speaker with an excellent command of the English language
