Inspiring Educator

We are seeking an inspiring Educator to coordinate the teaching of children between the ages of 2 years and 16 years.


You must have at least 2 years experience in teaching in a formal as well as informal setting upon graduation. You ought to have undergone the Worker's- In-Training program and completed The School Of Discipleship (SOD) training. You should be a well structured, organised, enthusiastic, positive, committed, loyal, responsible, and an inspiring person that sets a good example for the learners and other colleagues. In addition, you are a creative person who is open to new ideas and other points of view. You should be well versed in the Scriptures and the Holy Bible, possess good knowledge of IT and have a clear sense of direction as a secure leader of the Youth. It would be preferable if you do possess substantial experience in Online Teaching and are familiar with the associated digital tools and/or platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, etc.


As a multicultural and international organisation, the language of conducting business is English and hence you must be able to write and speak English fluently.


Roles and Responsibilities:
Monitor the progress and effectiveness of class work; evaluate and modify work and procedures as necessary
Provide a stimulating teaching environment for effective delivery and learning
Maintain the positive biblical ethos and core values ​​of the organisation, both inside and outside the classroom
Report to parents on the development, progress and attainment of the learners
Maintain good order and discipline among the learners, in accordance with the established code of conduct and behaviour policies.
Mentorship of the learners is included in this position.



This is a Fixed-term salary position.
