KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
Bid support (may include full responsibility for calculations of ITC scope in BT bids).
Establish and take responsibility for ITC Project plan, including time schedule and budget.
Full knowledge of project contract and responsibilities towards end customer.
Establish Work Environment plan, prior to any off site activities, including risk assessment.
Assure necessary safety precautions as Country Risk Assessment [1] and specific safety trainings.
Make sure that all electrical safety measures are enforced and followed [2]. Make sure there is an Electrical safety leader whenever there is electrical work at hand.
Establish Environment plan.
Plan, manage and follow up the work package activities and deliveries in accordance with the time schedule, contract and the project definition.
Assure resources from line management to cover all positions in the respective projects.
Actively work to avoid disturbances in the deliveries and assure the quality throughout the project.
Report to Project Management and affected line organisation management, escalating issues in a timely manner if needed.
Report and file Non-Conformity reports according to established routines, both project- and department related.


OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:
Good knowledge and understanding of the ITC process.
Basic knowledge and experience from contracts, agreements and project executions.
Good knowledge about Project Management, project administration and computer planning tools.
Basic knowledge of railway signalling systems.
Basic knowledge about the various subsystems and equipment included in RCS’s signal systems.
Experience from installation, test and commissioning of railroad products and systems.
Good knowledge in the Swedish and English language, spoken as well as in writing.
Good ability to lead and motivate people.
Be able to work independently and make own decisions.
Ability to co-operate and be a good team player.
High level of flexibility.
Ability to lead meetings and discussions with involved parties.
Takes a personal responsibility for results and commitments.
Ability to travel, as it is a natural part of the job.
Ability to work outside office hours, as it is sometimes necessary due to customer’s request not to disturb the operation.
