Insurance Customer Service Coordinator
This will be your future team:
We are building a new team for a world-leading insurance provider. Our team in Prague will support the Personal Lines and Travel Insurance transaction management operations for the Nordic countries. We are looking for open-minded, dedicated, and ambitious colleagues with strong communication and people development skills. The team will act as an expansion to a global network of expert teams that support the same client with various processes.
This will be your future role:
As a Senior Analyst, you will support and coordinate the day-to-day operations of a smaller working group, which is dedicated to specific Nordic countries. You will manage workload balance and work distribution, contribute to the daily processing workflow, and provide guidance and advice to your colleagues to ensure that overall service delivery meets our quality expectations and timelines. Should you identify any risks or issues that your group cannot resolve independently, you will contact the team manager and work on a solution collaboratively. The essential part of the role is to encourage knowledge-sharing, collaborative work effort and help sustain a positive work environment that promotes team performance through personal contribution.

. allocate and delegate day-to-day activities to ensure that service levels are met
. manage complex customer transactions and operational issues, and know when to escalate to your manager
. ensure that the team has access to all relevant work procedures and instructions
. ensure that all documentation is updated whenever a change occurs
. present team results and challenges to Accenture management and the client
This is what you already have:
. You are a fluent Danish, Estonian, Finnish, Norwegian or Swedish speaker
. You enjoy managing complex processes and team coordination
. You are open to new professional challenges
. You like investigative work, and can delve deep into the details to reach a correct verdict
. You enjoy helping people find solutions
. You have experience in delivering services at a high level
. You think creatively and make innovative suggestions that improve operational efficiency, and the effectiveness of delivered services
