About the job:

This is a consultancy position with good possibilities of leading to a permanent position. In the position you will be hired by Bravura initially but SWECO have the intention of hiring you in the future. This gives both you and SWECO the possibility to get to know each other and evaluate your cooperation.

Tasks and responsibilities:

In the position as Integration specialist, you will be the technical expert with SAP Cloud platform integration with SuccessFactors at Sweco working closely with the SuccessFactors functional team and non-SAP integration team.

You will work in projects, with system management and maintenance of SuccessFactors. Your responsibility will be to establish a functional system infrastructure by developing features and give best practice advice to the organization. Furthermore, your duties will also include to integrate the system with other internal systems at SWECO and work with maintaining the system infrastructure, add new features and modules and finally support end users within SWECO. Finally, you will work with coordination of new launches and planning of CR projects.

You will be part of a team that consists of 15 people today and work closely with the SWECO organization.

Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:

• SAP Certificate (Associate/Professional) in CPI integrations development towards SuccessFactors
• Hands on experience working with CPI based SuccessFactors Integrations in at least 3 projects and maintenance
• Ability to conduct workshops with business to gather integration requirements and prepare technical specifications
• Fluent in English

Merit:
• Knowledge of any of the SuccessFactors functional module
• Higher education within IT or Computer Science
• Knowledge of Swedish

For this position the most important aspect will be the technical CPI knowledge, conversion of business requirements into technical specifications. Besides from that we see that you are a person who is willing to go outside of your comfort zone and is willing to contribute to the team with new ideas. Furthermore, you can cooperate well with your team and other stakeholders within Sweco. Finally, it is important to have a good structure in your work and that you are able to plan releases and projects.

Plats: Stockholm is preferred but not a requirement
