Interaction Designer with experience in product development

Your challenge

As a consultant at Avalon Innovation, exciting assignments and colleagues looking for interesting opportunities will be a part of your everyday life. Consulting assignments will vary in terms of both extent and industry, making your flexibility and ability to use existing knowledge in new areas an important part of the role. As an interaction designer at Avalon Innovation you are expected to contribute with your expertise in areas ranging from graphical user interface to control panels, ergonomics and complete products. You will also work closely with our industrial designers, mechanical, electronic and software developers.

Who you are

You are a progressive interaction designer, with experience from industrial products and a higher education in interaction design. You have experience and interest in the interaction between humans and machines that effects the complete user experience of the product, where the implementation of studies on target groups and user testing is commonly used. One of your strengths is to design and illustrate user interface. You are experienced within concept development and it is an advantage if you have worked with GUI development and prototype tools for graphical interfaces, wire-frame, etc.

As a person you are full of enthusiasm and ideas, which you gladly share with colleagues and customers. You have the ability to quickly change perspective between an holistic view and specific details. Your unpretentious attitude and your commitment distinguishes you and makes you a valued team member. If you also feel comfortable in the consultant role and want to continue to develop, then you have come to the right place!
