We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Interim Engineering Manager/Strategic Line Manager (B2B, Digital Channels) with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.




Key Responsibilities:
Engineering Manager's overall responsibility
15-25 FTC/FTE to lead/manage employees/consultants (software engineers, architects, BAs, Scrum Masters)
All deliveries in the assigned area are your responsibility.
Implementing the technical roadmap
Scrummaster/Team coach escalation point
Maintenance, ensuring the highest quality of services and adhering to SLAs
Forecasts, estimates, and follow-up on budget responsibility
Allow and encourage continuous improvement
Employee/consultant recruitment and team/employee stability
Employee and consultant competency strategy





Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
Technical leadership roles or experience leading engineering teams
Working experience with agile software companies
You enjoy leading change and steering the team in the right direction.
You have strong collaboration and communication skills, as you will be working with a variety of stakeholders, which is necessary to ensure a common understanding and set the groundwork for innovation and a customer-centric approach to work.
You make errors and learn from them.
You're direct and get things done.
Interest in learning about new agile frameworks and technology trends
