The role:

In the role of IC Specialist, you will help employees across the organization stay updated about the company’s vision, goals, and projects by supporting strategic internal communication. At TePe we run a 24/7 production site in Malmö, while operating in a global setting - very exciting but sometimes complex.



As a member of our Global Marketing team, you will work across the organization, including HR, Portfolio, Sales, Finance and Operations, and close to our subsidiaries. Together with our HR department, the role will build a strong culture of collaboration and create experiences that engage, connect, and inspire our global community of employees! You will also be involved in employer branding and thus inspiring future employees.

You will develop and author a variety of internal communications, including presentations, announcements, articles, and other material to be delivered across different communications channels. This includes managing the content for our global company intranet, ensuring that it is up-to-date, engaging, and informative.

You will align internal messaging from leadership with the company’s vision, mission, and positioning. We are striving for communicative leadership within the organization; here, you will play an important part.



When we organize events, which we like to do quite often, you will be involved with helping craft the messaging and program through agenda, speaker selection and logistics.



To keep it short, your core responsibilities are:

- Develop and execute an internal and executive communications plan.

- Execute communication initiatives from concept to delivery.

- Manage the company’s internal communications channels.

- Project-lead internal events and activities



Who are you?

We’re looking for a skilled communicator and strong collaborator who enjoys working in a flexible environment. You’re a doer who can develop and author a variety of internal communications, including presentations, announcements, articles, and other material to be delivered across different communications channels.

Your necessary qualifications are:





- Five years of experience working with communication in a corporate environment

- Relevant post-secondary education

- Proven track record of tailoring content for specific audiences

- A deep understanding of messaging, positioning, and stakeholder needs.

- That you are comfortable learning new programs to enhance company-wide communication

- Experience in creating and editing video content.

- Fluency in written and spoken Swedish and English.



You are a skilled and inspired storyteller who is comfortable working at a fast pace and can meet deadlines. You are independent, take initiative and create content yourself. When embracing new technology, you are curious and dare to try new things. Overall, you are eager to try new things and like to come up with new ideas. Your experience has taught you the ability to understand different environments and situations and adapt the communication.
