About the job

As interim Group Internal Communication Officer, you are given the possibility to take our group internal communication to the next level. You will build partnerships and support key internal stakeholders, such as HR, collaborating across teams and geographies. You are responsible of crafting and executing the overall internal communication plan ensuring a general understanding of SEB´s business objectives, corporate story, vision and values. You will create strategic communications campaigns, including innovative ways to engage employees that are in tune with SEB´s culture and corporate story. Being a driving force in transformation initiatives throughout the bank supporting with communication both strategically and operationally is part of your job.

Furthermore, you will play an important role in formulating and communicating content in all internal channels and units across SEB with support from colleagues.

About you

We are looking for someone with a solid track record from successfully leading group wide and complex communication initiatives involving several different stakeholders and target groups.

You are a creative self-starter who has experience from and is willing to try new ways of communicating and can manage a high tempo with various tasks as this job includes both strategic work as well as operative hands on routines. You know the importance of details, but never lose track of the bigger picture. Furthermore, you are an excellent writer in both English and Swedish with experience from using digital channels. You will have a broad network of professionals and team members to support you but still you enjoy working independently.

You have higher education in communication, journalism, political science, economics or similar and experience from working with strategic marketing and media relations.

Language skills:

Fluent in Swedish and English in both speech and writing.

The offer

An exciting role in SEBs international fast paced environment. The office is located in Arenastaden, Solna. This is an assignment 100% with start 31:st of may and until august 2021, with possible extension. This position covers a parental leave.
