This is a consulting assignment with good opportunities for recruitment. Tasks and responsibilities:

As a Team Leader for the internal IT-support you will both lead a team consisting of two employees and at the same time support the Polarium employees with their daily requests on computers, office devices and software. Primarily focus will be on supporting the approximately 100+ employees in Sweden, but there is also a global responsibility to support employees in other locations. Actual tasks will be installing, configuring, and supporting client hardware & software (Microsoft / Mac). Support client mobile phones (iPhone / Android). Handle user accounts, office printers, scanners, video meeting system and office 365 application. You will also be responsible to respond on time to service issues and request and onboard new employees from and IT perspective.

Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:

• At least 4 years’ experience from working with IT support in a similar role
• Great interest in leadership
• Hands-on experience on client hardware and software
• Fluent in Swedish and with excellent English-speaking skills
• High School or equivalent diploma
