Manpower erbjuder ett komplett utbud av bemanningstjänster.Vi rekryterar och hyr ut personal, driver entreprenader samt erbjuder konsulttjänster inom HR.Manpower har över 50 års erfarenhet av att placera rätt person på rätt plats.I dag finns vi på över 50 orter i hela landet och är Sveriges ledande bemanningsföretag.Job Description We are looking for someone to support a client of ours in the center of town.You will be working with customer support for medical equipment for international customers.You will work with returns handling including exchanges and repairs that involve dealing with incoming calls, emails, invoicing and all related paperwork, all of which will be in English.A large part of the role will be data processing. The position is fulltime and starts from 1 July and will continue throughout the summer.You will be employed by Manpower and hired out as a consultant to our client.Requirements .worked with SAP before and have excellent knowledge of this business system .experience in customer support ideally for customers based outside Sweden .good knowledge of Office programs .English language fluency both written and spoken.Knowledge of Swedish is not a requirement but it would be an advantage to know other languages.You are service-minded, very organized and with excellent communication skills.You are able to work well independently, and are focused on achieving results and being accurate in a dynamic and changing international environment.You are used to giving a little extra so that the client will be happy.
