They offer round-the-clock assistance with emergency breakdown services for trucks and busses all over Europe.
At the moment Volvo is looking for:

International Helpdesk Coordinator (Nordic region)

Job:
You provide an integral relief for truck drivers who have broke down and assist them to get asap back on the road.You provide a full-fledged support for the driver relying on your telephone and equipped pc.With these instruments you guide the driver to the nearest maintenance point and handle all the additional issues.You get in touch with the employer of the driver and check if the payment guarantee is valid.You make sure that all this information is inserted in the system, so your colleagues can do the follow up.

Profile:

You are fluent in ENGLISH and FINNISH + SWEDISH.You are customer-oriented and have good communicative skills.You want to work in Belgium.
You have basic skills in MS Office applications and you are willing to work in a shift system (morning, afternoon, night and weekend shift).
