International Key Account Manager (IAM),

The position plays an important role for LeasePlan Sweden and the LeasePlan Group in achieving successful business development, high penetration, customer retention and loyalty for multinational clients (LeasePlan International and International Coordination).
The IAM is responsible for the relationships with International clients and prospect where the lead country is Sweden. You are empowered to pro-actively manage the international relationship, aiming to achieve profitable growth with each account.
 
The IAM is the first point of contact for the international (potential) client DMU’s and will deal with account/prospect requests.

Arbetsuppgifter

Contribute to the development, manage, acquire approval and ensure realization of account plan for the assigned client portfolio.

Initiate and maintain client relations with strategic (potential) clients/accounts, monitor the developments and performance (or ensure that this is done), and coordinate (the execution of) in- and external processes and act as business partner.

Contribution to adequate implementation of new clients and ensure a smooth handover from sales to account management.

Manage relationship with other LeasePlan countries and relevant people where (potential) client has fleet management with LeasePlan.

Build, maintain and expand a network of existing and new strategic internal and external relations, detect and realize (new) business opportunities in cooperation with other functional disciplines.

Keep up with internal and external (product) developments and ensure development, transfer and retention of knowledge and information.

Provide insights regarding quantitative and qualitative developments for the assigned region(s) by means of periodical and ad hoc reports and/or analyses.

Assure to up-to-date information on each account is available in Salesforce, including all meeting details and all relevant communication history.

Kvalifikationer
Background: Master degree from University or equivalent
Experience: At least 7 years’ experience from similar roles
Languages: Fluent in Swedish and excellent skills in English is required
Driver license is required

Personliga egenskaper
To succeed in this role we see that you are customer oriented, excellent communicator both
verbally and in writing, self-motivated and have passion for your work and a
hard worker.

You also enjoy dealing with customers, both face-to-face and via e-mail/phone. Travelling inside Sweden
and within Europe is part of your daily situation. In addition, you need to be
professional, structured, organised and have an analytic way of thinking. It’s
also important that your are a team player. You are also expected to be
creative, tenacious and capable of handling major accounts in a professional,
timely and cost effective manner.
