COMPANY PRESENTATION Division Car Accessories Europe/Asia is the largest division within the Thule Group, the worlds leading supplier of load carriers for cars.The Division delivers roof boxes, roof rails and bike carriers under the premium brand Thule.The Division, based in Hillerstorp, Sweden, has six production facilities in Europe and Asia.The Thule Group has around 2,300 employees at some 20 production and sales units in all the worlds major car markets.The Group also offers snow chains and trailers under the brands König, Brenderup and Thule Rental.The turnover amounts to SEK 3,2 billion.Thule has its headquarter in Malmö, Sweden.Majority owner is the UK-based private equity company Candover.PRESENTATION OF THE JOB Role description As an International Product Manager you will be responsible for successfully manage and develop a product group of accessories in all markets within the Division Car Accessories Europe/Asia.As such, you will be responsible for ensuring that the division offers the most suitable product range for the product category through professional product management. Key deliverables Ensuring optimized product range at all times.Ensuring delivery of budgeted product development projects in terms of time to market, cost and quality.Follow up and control of product performance in the marketplace.Constantly assess and update knowledge of market competition.Initiate and build strong and trustful relationship with the sales organization and other functions of the division. Key Challenges Manage to realize improvements and novelties in mature markets.Improving division performance in driving fast lane product development projects.Strong leadership and collaboration skills to build strong relationships within the division and with customers. Profile Academic degree with a proven experience in product management of branded consumer goods.Experience and proficiency in strategic pricing, range building and competitor analyze.Experience in project management.Experience within the automotive accessory industry is considered a major advantage.Excellent communicator with high interpersonal skills.
