International Program Executive Assistent

The international Youth Initiative program (YIP) offers a new social entrepreneur training in Järna, Sweden, for young people aged 18-25 who want to create a positive social change in the world. It is an action-orientated venture seeking to provide young people with opportunities to recognize their potential to work with each other and with communities, thereby enriching their own lives as well as the lives of those with whom they come into contact. The year begins 25th Aug 2008 and wil be open to participants from all around the world. English will be the spoken language. The international Youth Initiative Program seeks a native English speaker to work in Public Relations, Marketing, Administration and the co-ordination of local internships for our program. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Mentoring and facilitating a vigorous youth training in Järna, Sweden. Working in PR and website design, building a local and international network, and co-ordinating local internships, run Anthroposophical study groups. Must have experience in implementing youth initatives, office administrative and managerial skills, PR, international relations and marketing, co-ordinating youth volonteers, and be dedicated to working towards positive social change. Knowledge of Anthroposophy a must. Experience living and travelling abroad is an advantage.
