ReadSoft Capture Solution Lab/Presales - Sollentuna Would you like to work with technical presales in an international, hi-tech, and cheerful environment?Good, here is a challenge for you.The presales team in ReadSoft's Capture Solution Lab has three main responsibilities: - Escalated presales support for the company's subsidiaries around the world.- Creation of tools for the global presales community.- Activities related to the creation and deployment of new releases of our document management and capture solutions. As an International Sales Consultant, your primary focus is to provide the technical expertise needed in the sales process.You will help the sales team to acquire and retain customers - and help them close the deals.You will meet quite complex issues escalated from different local sales organizations, so it's important to work closely with solution experts and the development teams.This will also help you become an expert before everyone else, which is important as an essential part of the work is focused on deployment of new releases and selling solutions and products that are not yet finalized.The position requires you to travel internationally approximately 30 days/year to attend trade shows, customer meetings, workshops etc.We believe that you have formal technical or engineering education, and extensive knowledge of Microsoft server and client products (SQL, IIS, Win2k, XP, Vista.).Your previous work experience should include working with software solutions close to customers, and interacting with customers in the sales process.We believe that your English is fluent, in speech as well as in writing.You also need to have a genuine interest in the customer's situation, and be good with people.If you also have knowledge of ReadSoft's solutions and how customers use them, that is to your advantage.On a more personal level, we believe that you are a structured, service-minded, communicative, reliable, and solution-oriented doer with a good sense of humor.Awaiting you at ReadSoft is a fun and challenging job at the forefront of technology, where you will be able to develop your technical as well as your commercial skills.Questions?
