About the role:
We're on the lookout for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can identify global companies that stand to benefit from our cutting-edge SaaS platform, helping shape them into our next success story. In this role, you'll engage with clients worldwide, adapting to diverse sales cultures across different countries. You'll also manage inquiries, evaluate suitability, guide prospects through the sales process, generate leads, and cultivate relationships. Along this path, you'll gain the chance to master the essentials of SaaS sales and customer management, ultimately driving a qualified pipeline and achieving our targets. To excel in this role, we expect you to:


- Bring a winning attitude, a humble approach and boundless energy to our team.

- Thrive on setting and achieving goals, celebrating victories with your teammates.

- Possess a couple of years of experience in customer interaction roles or equivalent, preferably in a SaaS startup environment.

- Demonstrate a proven track record of success in a results-driven setting or hold a university degree.

- Be proficient in English, both for customer interactions and within our corporate environment, we are a english first company.


Desired Qualifications:


- Additional language skills within spoken and written German, French or Swedish.

- Previous experience in SDR or meeting booker roles.
