We are looking for an international student recruiter for daily operation and affairs of HR team. Channel construction for local contest talent and attract more local contest talents to join our client.
We hope that you understand the basics of HR daily operation, proficient in basic office software, able to handle HR-related affairs efficiently, provide comprehensive operation solutions, good business understanding and learning capabilities, good at connecting with people, able to help the research center establish key communication channels for local contest talents.
Responsibilities:
· Collects and analyzes the basic data of employees in the research center, and provides analysis as reference to business departments for improvement;
· Act as the main contact person for expatriates, and handle the assignment, repatriation, and tax issues of expatriates based on a understanding of local employment laws
· Gain insights into and links to key roles of local contest talents and provide a comprehensive solution for joint cultivation and attraction of local contest talents
· As the contact person for joint cultivation of excellent local universities and colleges, responsible for holding the annual Hackathon contest.
Position Requirements
· Positive work attitude;
· Be proficient in basic office software and be able to use basic tools to analyze professional human resource data.
· Good learning ability. Be able to quickly get familiar with the skills necessary for HR business and be able to apply them in work.
· Good ability to connect with people; be able to quickly identify and link key roles for efficient business operation; use the strength of the team to solve problems.
· Good systematic thinking skills, able to output systematic HR solutions based on business requirements (Human resources analysis, talent attraction in local contests, Hackathon contest, etc.)
