Vi söker för stor internationell kunds räkning per omgående en Internationell HR assistent.Vänligen se nedan.To support our Compensation & Benefits team we are looking for an experienced Compensation Assistant.Description of duties: Your main responsibilities will be to: .Supporting the monitoring of salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between control of costs and attracting and retaining staff; .researching and analysing salary rates and benefits to the market .preparing statistical reports per need .act as back up/ coordinator during negotiations with union representatives on issues relating to pay and benefits; .managing the payroll system; SAP HR, produce reports, analyze material according to need and preparing presentations..administration of the variable pay systems together with the salary office .manage the administrative process regarding pensions & insurances In this position you will report to the Compensation & Benefits Manager. Qualifications: To apply for this position you have to have some years of experience from managing compensation and benefits schemes within a medium sized or a bigger multinational organisation.You should have experience of working with SAP HR module, HAY system and Excel.Furthermore you should be confident doing presentations and we expect you to have good communication skills - both oral and written in Swedish and in English.
