Due to great customer growth we are expanding our call centre in Madeira, Portugal.This opening is in our internet support unit, where you will be servicing our internet customers in Sweden.Your main working tasks will consist of: - giving technical support and orientation - elaborating, sending, receiving and filing correspondence - assisting the other staff members of the group in their functions Ideal candidates for this position have a positive attitude and previous experience from working with ADSL support.You should be a team player, and efficiency along with good organization skills are crucial.It is necessary that the candidates are fluent in English.You should have excellent knowledge of computers and the internet, and over-all good technical skills.We offer a good young working enviroment,12 months working contract and the chance to work and live on one of the most beautiful islands in the world, where the sun, sea and mountains are never far away.
