Oracle JRockit is a high performing Java Virtual Machine (JVM) which is developed in Sweden for use by global enterprises to run mission critical applications with demanding requirements for quality, manageability, high throughput, and low latency. A JVM is a comprehensive piece of technology which contains components from all branches of computer science. In our group it is possible to tackle real life problems in code generation, optimization, operating systems, automated memory management, realtime performance, heuristics and analysis, application development, automated testing and more. [RESPONSIBILITIES: Development of internal tools and system to support the engineering teams Porting of existing test to new test framework Test development and execution Expertise in modern operating systems (Linux, Windows) QUALIFICATIONS: 1-3 years of completed studies in a course with heavy computer science content (Data, Engineering physics, Mathematics, civil or electrical engineering) or the equivalent Fluent in Swedish and English Demonstrated interest in software development Expertise in C, Java, scripting languages
