Interviewer to recruitment agency – student job

Lingocruit is part of Workwide Group, and an international recruitment agency connecting bilingual talent with job opportunities across Europe within Business Services, iGaming, Communication, Support, Marketing, Sales, and other industries. Our project pipeline for 2021 has grown strongly and we are now ramping up our recruitment team. We are looking for an interviewer who enjoys creating value for others.
In the role as an interviewer, your job is to motivate, inspire and guide job seekers who are looking for jobs across Europe in their recruitment process and help to match them with various job opportunities abroad. Our working days are varied and unpredictable but always require structured routines and an organized approach.
As a member of our team, we expect you to have great interpersonal and communication skills and a hands-on type of personality. You don't have to know everything beforehand, we will provide you with a thorough introduction plan. We do, however, expect you to be social and curious about other people, willing to learn as well as be flexible, and creative in your daily tasks.
Requirements
At least 2 years of work experience
Excellent command in English, both in speech and writing
Multilingual competence, in addition to English; German, Dutch, French, or the Nordic languages
Experience from working or living abroad
Digital native

To start with the job mainly includes interviewing and administering candidates. The position is hourly-based employment and you are expected to be able to work 2-3 times a week (12-18 hours). For the right person, this role can evolve into a full-time position in this up-scale company.
