Intune Engineer, Solna

Job description
Our client in solna is looking for a Intune Engineer. They are looking for a  professional engineer with experience across Intune, Azure/Windows . The role can be performed remotely with a couple of trips every other week to the office in Solna to provide support over the phone, connecting into customer sites to all Managed and Supported Customers.

Responsibilities
Provide 3rd line technical support to customers including server, desktop and networking infrastructure.
Help manage the team of engineer
Liaise with and build strong working relationships with key customer contacts.
Work with other support staff to build knowledge and skills pertinent to the sites supported.
Be able to work as part of a team or self-driven when required.
Be able to communicate technical issues and concepts at multiple levels.
Working with a ticketing system to manage SLAs for multiple customers


Qualifications
Good communication skills
5 years or more Intune experience 5 years or more Azure experience
Microsoft SQL
Very good knowledge of Powershell
Active Directory (Ldap, DNS, DHCP, GPO)
Experience working in a team and to support other team members Behaviours and key Competencies
Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative
To have a flexible approach and attitude
Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
Positive, enthusiastic and supportive individual
Ability to take ownership of and progress issues
Ability to work under pressure
