The main business operations of our client are Core Investments, Operating Investments and Private Equity Investments. This position is based at the Amsterdam offices with the main focus on Private Equity Investments. The Amsterdam office focus is to decide upon investments based on the recommendations from the advisory offices in the US, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Beijing and Stockholm. As the holding company for the investments, the Amsterdam office monitors and controls the investments with the assistance of the advisory offices. Your tasks and responsibilities Investment advice is received from advisory offices. The Investment Controller will assist in the investment process and be involved in the monthly and quarterly valuation process. Other key areas are preparation of ad-hoc reports and to perform, analyze and reconcile calculations regarding the portfolio performance. The Investment Controller will keep the systems and databases up-to-date and assist in projects to improve processes and IT support. And also recognize, understand and signals compliance issues regarding the PEI. Your Profile You have a University Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance. You have at least three years relevant working experience. Experience gained at a bank, insurance company or a privat equity fund entity is an advantage. As a person you are analytical, creative and a team player. Being flexible and independent are great personality qualities for this position. Experience from working in an international context and manage cultural differences is also an advantage. You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in both written and spoken English, Dutch is a pre. You have a strong interest in financial systems and also an experienced Excel user. [ [
