Invitation to tender:
Technical support in the project SEA-CASE
SEI is looking for technical support required by the SEA-CASE (Spatially Explicit Analysis of Cargo Associated maritime Shipping Emissions) project.
The tasks include:
Design of a data architecture plan for the needs of SEA-CASE
Preparation and upload of cargo data, including the preparation of scripts
Take in of emissions data per vessel journey, as provided by SEA-CASE partner UMAS
Design and implementation of the SEA-CASE platform, showcasing emissions per cargo type, vessel, exporter, importer, carrier, country and country of flag.
SEI accepts tenders until 8 June 2020 at 14:00 hrs CET.
