MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the in-depth specified technical support for the Network Operation Center regarding equipment in IP network (SGSNs,routers, switches etc. IP equipment)Correct technical area faults and performance degradations in the managed network Responsible to involve the development and implementation of Operations & Maintenance processes Plan/Co-operate for modifications/changes and control correcet execution and documentation of implementation Responsible for co-operating with the technical support of 3rd party equipment vendors REQUIREMENTS: Experience in IP/LAN/WAN equipment Experience in Nokia/3rd party equipment (e.g. Nokia SGSN,Cisco Routers, HP Server/Client solutions) Some experience in operating telecommunication networks Some experience in team building Some experience in communicating with different groups/teams PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: Analytical and conceptual thinking Collaboration skills Customer service orientation Integrity and credibility Planning and organizing skills Problem solving skills BUSINESS UNIT DESCRIPTION: This Position is part of the Managed Services organisation in Sweden.
