ROLE OVERVIEW All Fi Designers have a passion and detailed understanding for how Next-Generation interactive experiences should look, feel and function on the web. As an Fi Senior Designer you will get the opportunity to create unique, world-class interactive experiences for marquee brands in projects ranging from micro-sites to larger applications and portals. The Senior Designer is an expert within the field, spearheading the design and concept of a project. In addition to this, the Senior role also involves mentoring and training other designers, taking part in the planning phase of multiple projects, establishing and maintaining high design and creative standards within Fi as well as participating in the recruitment process and maintaining client relationships. Shaping the company is a natural and important responsibility of the Fi Senior Designer. * You are extremely passionate about design and details; every last pixel is important to you. * You have a portfolio site or examples that clearly demonstrate your abilities for this position. * You have several years of hands-on design experience from commercial site projects. * You must have extensive knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator. * You have an excellent understanding of and experience with website layout and usability design. * You have a working knowledge of Flash. * You have excellent English communication skills. * You are driven to lead a design team and propel Fi forward.
