IS/IT Coordinator and Data Demand- Temporary 8 months

Your mission
We are now looking for a IS/IT Coordinator and Data Demand to come and work with us in a temporary position for 8 months. In this role, you will be in full involvement for implementing the IT/IS work plan to complement the execution of the organizational strategy, drive operational excellence throughout company, leverage scale to realize structural improvements, enhance IT/IS support and operational process improvements.

You will be responsible to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the specific project assigned. Manage the relationship with clients, stakeholders, and third parties/vendors. Perform risk management and measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.

Furthermore you will consolidate, prioritize and prepare change requests based on business requirements, technical requirements, security road map and Epiroc IT Strategy. You will coordinate new versions and proposed upgrades of application software and negotiate agreements for application development with internal and external service providers. To manage license handling, follow-up and report including KPI’s and total Business application cost will also be part of the work.

You have a University degree in Business Management or Computer Science, or equivalent working experience.

We believe you have experience at developing new ideas and managing projects of diverse size and complexity within cross functional teams. A proven ability to translate business requirements into products, projects and programs. You have hands on experience in process automation, best practice approach, technology efficiency, and effectiveness. Furthermore you understand the workflow and process requirements of complex application systems. Demonstrated soft skills required such as presentation of ideas and clearly articulate the concepts to senior management.

Strong English communication skills both verbal and written are required.


Location and travel
The position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Estimated travel up to 10 %.
