OM TJÄNSTEN
The IT Analysis-team at Nordea adds value by translating business needs into process and software requirements, to then refine and verify the validity and priority of the requirements together with stakeholders. You will be part of a team that works with requirements and IT analysis, but which also develops and configures internal solutions with a focus on finance and capital areas. We work on a large scale and participate in agile "Release Trains" at the same time as we work with a complex IT landscape and large data volumes.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
In the role of IT analyst, you will, among other things:


* Perform data analysis and data modeling to support solution design
* Work with system configuration and / or coding in Nordea's own solutions
* Responsible for requirements documentation
* Transform business requirements into IT requirements and solution proposals
* Work as a bridge between the business side and the developers


VI SÖKER DIG SOM
Along with requirements engineering skills (being able to elicit, negotiate, document and manage requirements) the following skillset would be good in order to succeed in the area:


* Has relevant education whitin IT or similiar
* Some programming knowledge
* Technical skills being beneficial are: Database management, SQL & agile software development
* Experience of IT-analysis and requirements management
