IT and User Support

You will join a highly competent and experienced team that continuously seeks to improve.You should enjoy IT and take pride in being the one people contacts for IT and User Support.

You will take an important role in our IT and User support.In the position you will work with for instance:

Frontline for PC and User support at our head office in Malmö
Global Backline support for PC Management and Active directory
Coordinating with the PC-inventory in Malmö
Coordinating, purchasing and configuration of PC s and other hardware products.
Responsible for day to day operations of the local Network
Network connections to printers etc
IT equipment in conference rooms

It is very important that you are service minded and have a genuine interest in PC technology.You have experience from working with PC support or something similar for at least 2 years and have at least some 1-2 years of additional education within PC, networks, servers and software products

The position is based in Malmö

Your personality is very important for us.We want a person with great drive and who has a sensitive ear to what needs to be done.It is also, as stated above, very important that you are service minded.
