We are now looking for an experienced and driven IT Business Analyst with focus on MC Dynamics Navision to join our expanding IT department! We have an extremely incredible journey ahead and we want the best talents along for the ride. Is that you?
About the job
As an IT Business Analyst at Exeger, you will work in the intersection between IT and Operations and act as the link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives. You will be responsible for managing our ERP system (Dynamics Navision), keep track of business needs and translate business requirements into IT application requirement specifications.
Responsibilities: (not limited)
Participate in various discovery workshops and meetings to understand the business objectives and goals
Streamline and automate work procedures and processes
Build and maintain relationship with business partners, system suppliers and other internal and external stakeholders
Work in IT delivery projects supporting requirement, testing and implementation phases
Act as technical product owner of our ERP system, manage governance, maintenance and configurations
Provide training and guidance to business key users and ensure successful adoption in day-to-day operations

To succeed in this role, you are an experienced IT Business Analyst with the ability to work in complexed and fast-paced environments. You manage to work under pressure to resolve problems as well as you enjoy sharing knowledge and support the organization’s needs. You have a technical background and essential IT- and system expertise.
Qualification
Several years working as an IT Business Analyst or similar with a well-rounded understanding for automation, digital journeys and business transformation
Solid knowledge of MS Dynamics Navision or equivalent systems
University degree in computer science, information systems, or related discipline
Extensive stakeholder management skills
Collaborative by nature, with articulated communication & great listening skills
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Experience from working in a manufacturing industry is a big plus
