Job description
Randstad Technologies is now looking for candidates to one of our clients in the health care industry. You will join a solution delivery team focusing on applications within finance, it and procurement. Initially, you will be able to work 50-100% and by spring 2023, 100% is required.


The focus of this position is the implementation and maintenance of a procurement application but depending on who you are and your interest, other areas could also be part of the position. It is possible to focus on the processes or hands-on technical solutions, or a mix of both. 


For this position you will start as a consultant, employed by Randstad, with a clear intention of being offered an employment with our client in spring 2023.


Our client is located a 10 minute drive, bus, bicycle, train or tram ride from Gothenburg central station and is offering a hybrid work model with a possibility to work remotely two days a week.

Responsibilities
As a business analyst or process application specialist, which is the formal title, your main focus will be the implementation and maintenance of a new procurement application. 


Getting to know the organization and handle requirements from the stakeholders will also be an important part of the position.


You will also be in close collaboration with partners and internal resources.

Qualifications
We are looking for business analysts with experience of stakeholder management. You need to be able to challenge and suggest solutions as well as having to capability to capture a holistic view of the application and organization.


To qualify for the position you need to have academic education, it could be within IT, finance or management or similar.


It is a bonus if you also have experience in applications related to procurement and/or finance.


You need to be fluent in English, written and spoken and have a communicative approach.


You also need to be a smooth navigator in organizations and skilled at building relationships.

Experience
At least 3-5 years’ experience as a business analyst or similar.
