We are right now searching for an IT Business Analyst for our Customer and Consumer Digital Experience team who will support eCommerce and Digital Marketing for our end customers (B2C) and for our partners (B2B).
About the Team and the Organization
Essity IT Services delivers solutions for our strategic digital Customer and Consumer platforms for all business units within Essity. The CCDx function provides delivery and support for some of our bigger digital products & solutions such as Tork online, Tork Connect, Tena Care Management, Tena Consumer Web, Baby, Femcare, and many more. This team ensures continuous improvements on our strategic technical platforms in the areas of eCommerce, Digital Marketing, CMS, DAM, PIM and provides expertise on MarTech services like ratings & review, buy now, digital analytics and cookie management.
About the Role
In this role you will collaborate with internal business stakeholders as well as with multiple IT roles, such as Delivery lead, Solution Architect, Business Process Liaison, business analysts of integration solutions like SAP, PIM, DAM, Cloud Services etc. and with external vendor partners.
Your focus areas will be on digital solutions. As a business analyst you will translate the vision and requirements of the business and translate that into tangible use cases for the development vendors. You will lead workshops and requirement gathering sessions. You will continuously review and refine requirements, specifications and recommendations related to a proposed solution in an agile delivery model. You will also participate and be the driver in pre-studies and breakdown of business requirements to develop comprehensive requirement specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time and resources according to standard templates.
You might also in your role act as a delivery lead, assuring a timely and cost-conscious delivery of projects. This might include operational ownership where you will be responsible for budgets and vendor delivery.
The team you will work in is international and consists of colleagues who also work as business analyst and delivery leads. This position is with preference based at our office in Gothenburg, Sweden and reports to the IT Manager eCommerce & CMS SME's. For the right candidate however, there is a possibility to be located at our site in Ismaning, Germany.
What You Will Do
Bring to bear your knowledge in digital services around eCommerce, CMS and Digital Marketing and facilitate / drive workshops or key meetings to capture business requirements and perform as-is analysis, understanding customer and user needs, their strategies and their goals
Support development of business cases and support the Support implementation of to-be processes, including training delivery
Contribute towards finding and implementing effective solutions in a matrix organization – have close relationship Understand the existing solution to facilitate the rollout in new markets
Understand the impact of new features on existing markets and technical landscapes.
Establish the Blueprint for the Application development, and work with technical solution owners when needed
Support the Business Verification and Cutover plans
Report progress to IT Project Management Office, Business Service Owner and Business Process Liaison

Who You Are
You have university degree in a relevant field, e.g. Computer Science, Business Administration.
Knowledge and technical understanding of eCommerce, Websites, portals, Digital Marketing (MarTech)
Experience of analyzing and breaking down problems and information
Ability to work in international environment across multiple business needs
Ability to handle ambiguity and multiple activities, quickly shifting from one situation or task to another
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings, workshops and senior stakeholder sessions.
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management and staff
Capable of transferring knowledge to existing business and IT stakeholders
Fluent in English, written and verbal
Willing to travel 10%

For this position, in order to be successful, we see that you are a team player who actively participates in the team’s activities and initiatives. You are also an expert in user-stories, acceptance criteria and agile requirements management.
Stakeholder management on global and regional level, within as well as outside the IT domain, is something you are used to and can fully manage. Furthermore, the right candidate needs to be comfortable in working in vendor-driven development and support environment.
