IT Business Support

Svea Solar is on a mission to end the use of fossil-fuel based energy by making solar power available to all. To succeed in our mission, we need a great IT Business Support who can contribute to a friction-free IT experience at Svea Solar!

The role

As an IT Business Support you will be responsible and coordinate the first-Line support together with the team. You will also be the process owner for the second- and third-line support as well. Svea Solar is active in 5 different markets (Sweden, Spain, Germany, Belgium and The Netherlands), whom you will assist with technical support in small and in-depth way.

In this role you will be a part of our IT Service Delivery team, which is currently consisting of 4 people. This means you have the possibility to learn and grow your skills together with your colleagues.
The IT organization is working closely with our Product and Software organization, for us to create the best customer experience possible, both internal and external.
