IT Consultant

We are currently seeking an experienced Developer to join our team for a Consultant Assignment at one of our valued customers. This role will focus on the core aspects of building and optimizing systems, particularly related to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, APIs, phone systems, and email servers.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement CRM systems to meet the customer's specific needs.
Integrate and enhance the performance of APIs to ensure seamless functionality.
Work on phone systems and email servers, enabling efficient communication both internally and externally.
Collaborate closely with the customer's team to identify and address their technology requirements.
Monitor and assess KPIs related to the systems' performance.
Utilize your expertise to make necessary improvements and adjustments to enhance the customer's technology.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in building and implementing CRM systems.
Proficiency in working with APIs, phone systems, and email servers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Several years of experience within the tech field.
